Our Associate works closely with the client in defining profiles and then helps the client in managing the process of candidate selection and retention. Our Clients have the option of selecting our Interview to Hire* service or our Direct to Hire* service depending on level of complexity and urgency of the assignment.

We apply rigorous and consistent assessment protocols with each candidate that we meet. All candidates are thoroughly interviewed, tested and reference checked.

*Interview to Hire

Clients are presented with resumes and assessment synopses of potential candidates and then proceed to interview, selection and retention.

Appropriate for complex assignments that are not as time sensitive. Billing commences when the candidate starts work.

*Direct to Hire

The Pro Count Financial Staffing team handles the project from start to finish, including final selection. The client meets the candidate on the morning that person starts work and has the option of replacing the candidate immediately.

Appropriate for routine assignments that are time sensitive. Billing doesn’t start until the client is satisfied with the person we place.
